Hi. I am unsure if I should buy Add-in Express Regions for Outlook and VSTO or Add-in Express for Microsoft Office and .net.
Is all the functionality of Add-in Express Regions included in Add-in Express .net?

Hi Paul,

Thank you for your interest in Add-in Express.

Add-in Express Regions for Outlook and VSTO is a set of components that you
can use only in an Outlook add-in project in VSTO 2008-2010; the add-in can
target Outlook 2003-2010.

Add-in Express for Office and .NET is a tool for creating COM add-ins in VS
2005-2010; VSTO isn't used at all; the add-in can target all applications
from Office 2000-2010.

If you use VSTO to develop Outlook add-ins, then Regions for Outlook and
VSTO is your natural choice. If your target is all Office applications then
the right product is Add-in Express for Office and .NET.

As to the functionality of advanced Outlook regions in these products, it is
absolutely the same.

Thanks, Andrei. One more question. I have already created a VSTO addin for Outlook 2010. Can I include the work that I've already done in your product or do I have to create a new addin from scratch?

Thank you for the details.

In this case you can use Add-in Express Regions for Outlook and VSTO with your existing project. After installing our product, you'll find a new item in the Add New Item dialog.
