Using Add-in Express one would write his plugin on .net. Does that mean that user has to have .net runtime installed in order to use the plugin?

Hi,

Yes, you need to install .net framework on the target PC in case of http://www.add-in-express.com/add-in-net/. Please note that Vista and Windows 7 have .net framework pre-installed.

I assume that the same applies to Add-in Express for Internet Explorer too, am I correct?
