Hello,
I asked this same question a few years back (http://www.add-in-express.com/forum/read.php?FID=10&TID=10970), but I hoping something has been updated or someone found a solution for it. I upgraded to the latest version of Add-In Express for IE and I used your VDProj to WiX Converter. So I'm hoping you may have a solution now. I've tried to Google it but had no luck. I tried to see if there is a PowerShell option or something I can do diagrammatically in C# but I haven't had any luck. If I go into Manage add-ons in IE I can see it in the list and I can enable it but I cannot fine a way to do it through the install. Are there any options now?
Thanks,

Hello Robert,
You cannot achieve this: that dialog is built into IE and there's no way to bypass it. I guess they do this to protect the user from IE extensions installed without user knowledge.
