Task pane positioning

Hi

I am creating an Excel add-in which will have two task panes always visible - one at the top and one on the left hand side. They will not be hideable, dockable etc. As a default the task pane on the left hand side takes up the whole of the side, with the top task pane beginning after the right edge of the task pane on the left.

Is there anyway of having these two task panes such that the one on the top takes up all of the space along the top, with the one on the left beginning from the bottom edge of the one on the top?

Please let me know if the question is not clear and I will attach a file with a diagram to explain the query...

Thanks
Ameet

Hi Ameet,

Are you talking about switching between H an I layouts? If so then this isn't possible.
