Installation just hangs

I have developed an outlook 2003 addin and tested install on 5 computers and all works fine.


I try to install on Server 2000 and it just hangs with the progress bar at 100%. End program to stop it, I have to reboot as it thinks it is still running. The addin does show up in Add/Remove Programs but does not show the toolbar in outlook.

No error to Eventviewer.

What can I do next?

Hi Greg.

The cause of the problem can be in Windows Installer.
Did you install the latest version of Windows Installer on the PC?
