Hi all,

I have the following problem: our addin installs and works fine in some computers, but in a few ones it shows the addin bar just once after install and then it disappears.

I did the following: I went to Tools> customize then commands tab choose Tools and dropped the Comm Addins to a toolbar and to the menu.

In comm. Addins our addin is there and checked. Unchecking, closing, opening and checking again will make our addin appear. But when I close word the addin disappears again (and so does Comm Addins buttons I had dropped to bar).

Anyone has an idea why this happens and how can I solve it?

Hi Luis.

Do you have Adobe Acrobat or any Adobe toolbars installed in Word?
What .NET Framework version did you develop the add-in for?
