We released a test version of the addin (targetting outlook)and of the testers complained that the install program crashes with an exception diaolog with reads:

"An exception occured in the OnAfterInstall event handler of the AddinExpress.Install.ADXProjectInstaller. File or assembly name office or one of its dependencies was not found."

Any idea of the cause of this?

The tester has Outlook 2003 SP2 installed in his machine.

Hi Rajesh.

I think you don't include the Office.dll (v7.0.3300.0) in the Application Folder of the setup project. Please check the setup project.
