I can open the Outlook-options standing with the cursor on a ribbon tab and making a right click.

In the Outlook-options I see the section 'Men?band anpassen' (in EN something like 'extend menue...).

Selecting the command 'all registercards' in the combobox shows all the 'main registercards'.

Why my ADXRibbon doesn not appear in the list?

Hi Christian,

It is by design in Outlook 2010. You can find your controls in the All tabs, Main tabs and All commands sections. Moreover, I can reproduce it with a regular VSTO add-in project.
