What's neccesary to update project / build after upgrading?

We originally created a project using Add-in Express 2009. We ran into an issue with Outlook 2010 not saving messages correctly (http://www.add-in-express.com/forum/read.php?FID=5&TID=8508&MID=43383#message43383) so we thought we would upgrade to Add-in Express 2010 to see if this would solve the problem.

We just paid for the upgrade and downloaded and installed the Add-in Express 2010 (after uninstalling Add-in Express 2009).

What do we need to do to update/upgrade the old project?

-Can we just open it up and rebuild it?

-Do we need to change project references?

-Do we need to start over with a new [ADX 2010] project?
