I want to create an Add-in using VS2005 and Excel 2002, I'm using Windows XP pro.

I have VS2003 and VS2005 installed on the same machine but I can only create an Add-in that works under VS2003.

Will I need to un-install Visual studio 2003? Should I un-install .net 1.1?

Have you installed the following update for VS 2005?
