i used to add navigation pane using visual studio standard add-in

now i can't find how to add new navigation pane with its folders

or even how can i add new folders

I'm sorry, I don't understand your problem. May I know in what way did you add the navigation pane previously? Also, I'd like to understand what changed and how this change prevents you from using the same approach.
