Hi

I am getting some very strange behaviour.

I create a simple ADX Outlook add-in that just shows a message box on StartupComplete. In VS2008 everything is as expected.
If I do the same in VS2010 and target Framework 4 everything is OK but if in VS2010 I target Framework 2 it does not. It registers OK but does not run and is listed in the
Inactive Application Add-ins in Outlook's options.
Also running in VS2010 does not produce an ADX log file, although running in VS2008 does.

I am sure it was OK a few days ago and have tried to think of anything I have done that may have caused it. I did do some work on a setup project including following the instructions for Outlook Security Manager to register 64bit or 32 bit versions of the loader but I can not see how that would change anything. All my test proijects do not have setups.

I have a legacy add-in and changing the Framework to 4 could mean problems for my clients.

Hi Mike,

What version of adxLoader.dll do you use?
Try to download a fresh version of adxLoader.dll
http://www.add-in-express.com/downloads/adxloader.php.
