Has anyone successfully deployed a VS2010 Add-In Express Outlook Plugin successfully?

None of the documentation I have found relates to Visual Studio 2010? It's all VS 2005 and 2008. Now please don't tell me it's the same. It's not. Specifically VS 2010 is missing the "Publish Add-in Express" item from the Build Menu.

If someone has some documentation that can walk me through creating the simplest VS2010 Add-In Express Outlook plug-in I would be very grateful.

Hi Stephen,

Do you mean a VSTO based plug-in? As far as I know you use Add-in Express for Office and VSTO, am I right?
