Using Outlook Redemption (32bit) in a 64bit add-in?

Hello,

after reading this topic here:

http://www.add-in-express.com/forum/read.php?SHOWALL_1=1&a=&FID=5&TID=7019

I am wondering whether I understood everything. I would appreciate it very much if someone could shed some light on the following questions:

1.) A 64bit add-in for Outlook cannot use a 32bit version of Redemption. Is that correct? A 64bit version of Redemption does not exist yet, as far as I can tell.
2.) Is there any workaround to make an Outlook 32bit add-in work on Outlook 2010 64bit?
3.) If there's no solution for (2): is there any other way to make an Outlook add-in created with ADX2010 work on Outlook 2010 64bit without having to 'Say Good Bye' to Redemption?

Thanks for any help!

Best wishes,

Stefan

Hello Stefan,

1. Yes
2. No
3. No. You can either wait for the 64-bit version of Redemption or develop the required functionality using Extended MAPI.
