Add-In Express Error Message when showing ADX Word Task Pane.

Hi,
When i am creating ADX Word Task pane at runtime and want to show this panel then it is thrwoing Error Message Which is :

AddinExpress.WD.ADXWordTaskPanesManager.DoShowForm(Item As ADXWordTaskPanesCollectionItem, ContextArgs As xb4c29e9ee8858240)
AddinExpress.WD.2005.dll: N 0348 (0x15C) IL




AddinExpress.WD.ADXWordTaskPanesManager error:
Exception time: 11/23/2009 8:33:07 PM

AddinExpress.WD.ADXWordTaskPanesManager error:
Error occured in ADXWordTaskPanesCollectionItem.ShowTaskPane . See 'Details' section to get more detailed information about the error.

Can any one explain this error.

Could you please send a sample add-in to our support email (see readme.txt) so that we can reproduce the issue.
What version of Word do you use?
