On one of the Windows XP SP2 machine, Word 2003 crashes while uninstalling the plugin. The crash happens when we try to unregister AddInExpress. We are using Add-in Express 5.2.2023.

The error does not repro on all the machines. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a known fix for this?

Are there any other symtoms? How can we reproduce this?
