can't install addin express in user machine

I developed an addin for winword as a toolbar but I have below problem.

When I use the program on my own system (developer system).

the add_in that installed and works fine with my program.

but when i wont to install on other user machine, every things can be install but unfortunaitlly the add-in couldn't be appeared on winword's
toolbar.
by this problem I couldn't use my program in other machine to works with winword

Hi Parviz.

Do you see your add-in in the COM Add-in dialog in Word when you install the add-in on the user's PC?
