Is it possible to use the ADX Extensions with regular VSTO project?

I have a VSTO addin project that I am to distribute to Excel 2003 and Excel 2007 customers.

I need to create a Custom Task Pane for my addin... a task that is easy for Excel 2007, but does not work for Excel 2003 in a application-level addin.

Your ADX Extensions has a Custom Task Pane that works in both of these versions of Excel (and more)... I am wondering if it is possible to use this part of Add-In Express functionality on an addin project that is not Add-In Express based.

Is this simply a library that I could use in my regular VSTO projects? If so, what would I need to do to set it up... there would likely be a license that would need to be added.

There is no possibility to use Add-in Express Extensions without an Add-in Express add-in.
