Using your product "Add-in Express 2008 for Microsoft Office and .net" is it possible to create an addin that creates a toolbar in MS access?
Does this toolbar allow me to read data in tables stored in my access DB to manipulate it?

1. Yes, it is possible.
2. Sure. The add-in provides you with the Access Object Model for further manipulation.
