Hi!
I have an interesting problem.. There is Office 2003 installed on my host.
When i am just open my inspector form from outlook and forget about it for 5-10 minutes without use, the form inside mail item disappear, i see just empty standard mail item without any piece of form.

What is the reason of this problem and how can i solve it?

Hi Oksana,

What Outlook version do you use (please tell me the full number from the About window)?

Do you use Word as default email editor?

What version of Add-in Express do you use?

Hi,
First of all, we bought the red:!: version of Add-in Express 2007 for .net.
Outlook: 2003 (11.8118.8132) SP2, part of Microsoft Office Professional Edition
My default editor is Word 2003

Oksana,

Please, tell me the number version of Add-in Express (right click on the AddinModule and open the 'About' dialog).
I will try reproduce this behaviour.

My first test did not reproduce this behaviour and I need more information.
Is this a stable behaviour?
Do you create a new email or open an existing one?
Do you work with other programms when the issue occurs?
Does your ADXOlForm contain any functionality?
Can you reproduce the same issue with an empty add-in (one empty ADXOlForm for a Mail inspector)?
What version of Visual Studio do you use?

Could you please create a CommandBarButton with the following code: 
private void adxCommandBarButton1_Click(object sender)
{
    AddinExpress.OL.Log.ShowMessages("Form Disappearing"); 
}

After the form disappered, please click the button to show up the log.
Save the log an send it to the support email (see readme.txt).

We bought it a week ago and it was the latest version as i understand
