hi,

how can I add an outlook rule to store all incoming mails, with an certain attachment (i.e PDF) in a seperate subfolder?

Hi Alfred.

I am afraid it is not possible to do via rules. You can only store emails which contain attachments. I think you will have to develop a COM add-in to implement your idea.
Please try to use the ADXMAPIStoreAccessor component to process incoming emails: http://www.add-in-express.com/projects/adx-mapi-store-accessor.msi
