Sample Outlook project that has a working deployment for ADX VSTO?

I cannot find a sample project that has a working deployment. I am finished with my application and created the deployment project, added ADX VSTO to the application folder and it installs fine.

But in Tools->Options->Advanced->COM Addins, under my add-in it says a runtime error occured during load.

Any help would be appreciated.
