Hi,

i have an ADX addin with SupportApps=Word;Outlook and word events are never getting fired. What should i do to remedy this?

Is the add-in loaded in Word? Please check the COM Add-ins dialog.

Sergey,

it is not loaded in word. i have unregistered and re-registered my addin several times to no avail.

Martin, what version of Visual Studio do you use?
If it is VS 2005, please install the 'Shared add-in support update for .NET Framework v2.0' update for VS 2005. It should fix the issue.

That was the problem. Once i installed that update everything started working again.
