Hello,

I am unsure what the property is called but on the taskpanes for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint there is an additional vertical "space" / "button" when clicked that changes the visiblity / colapeses the taskpane. This is something that was not present on my VSTO implementation of the Addin so not sure if its specific to COM implementation or something additional within the Adx platform.

My question is, how do I remove this so that when the taskpane windowstate or regionstate is set to minimized then its no longer there?

Hello Jason,

Add-in Express supports two pane types. What you see is the one developed by Add-in Express. You can switch to using Custom Task Panes by Microsoft. Check section Custom task panes in Office 2007-2021/365; see the PDF file in the folder {Add-in Express}\Docs on your development PC.
