CTP Error when starting Outlook

Hi

Sometimes we receive the following error when starting Outlook.

"!!! CreateCTP Error Unable to create specified ActiveX control"

The Windows Event Viewer contains the following information.
Faulting application name: OUTLOOK.EXE, version: 16.0.15028.20160
Faulting module name: IntResource.dll, version 1.0.8.178

We have tried deploying the IntResource.dll and IntResource64.dll assemblies from {Add-in Express}\Redistributables, however we still receive the CreateCTP error.

Could you please help us determine how to stop the CreateCTP error from happening?

We will provide a fix for this. I don't know when this occurs, though.
