I can't install Add-In express under Windows Vista Ultimate (retail). I get and error while registring ADXUtils.dll (HResult -1073741819).

im running windows vista ultimate, too. as far as i know, you have to wait for the addin express version that is supposed to be released today.

Hi Yannick.

The current version of the ADX.NET product doesn't support Windows Vista.
We will support Vista in the next ADX build. It will be published soon.

Hi,

My outlook addin setup is throwing error while installing it on windows vista machine. The same addin works fine on other OS.

Following are the error details

Please run the Setup.exe file to install the add-in.

Thanks Sergey, Setup file is working fine. But I want to use msi file to install the Addin.

Is there any change which can be done so that msi will also work.

Atul, it is not possible in Vista. You should use the Setup.exe file to install the .msi package.

Hi Atul.

This is not an issue. This is a new security policy in Vista. So please use the setup.exe file to install the add-in.
