Dear Add-in Express Team,

I have a "dpi test" add-in with a simple ribbon placed before the HOME ribbon of PowerPoint.

> Add-in Express Version 9.4.4644
> Windows 10
> Office 365 (64bit)

I use two screens (laptop 150% dpi-scale (144 dpi), external monitor 100% dpi-scale (96 dpi).
The laptop is the primary screen.

So when I start PowerPoint on the secondary screen, the ribbon is "bitmap-stretched",
so it wrongly uses the 48px icons when it should use the 32px version.
When I move the window to my laptop and back to the 2nd screen, the ribbon will update
and display the correct icons on both of the screens.

So it seems that the "rescaling" of the Window works fine but not the first start.
When I let PowerPoint start on my main screen, everything will display correctly.
The issue occurs only if I start PowerPoint on the secondary screen and the dpi settings of both
screens differ.

Is it possible to "trigger" the rescaling of the window on start without moving it to the
other screen and then back again?

Have you seen this issue before?

I've reproduced this issue: it belongs to Microsoft. I don't think you can do anything about it.

Hello Andrei,

as always: thank you very much for the quick response and also for confirming the issue.

Too bad that this cannot be influenced. I was hoping that we could somehow trigger the rescaling of the main application window.
