A customer has had a Click Once Outlook Add-In installation made with AE Express on Win 10 fail with the message
"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:80".
I cannot reproduce this problem on my test machine. The customer tried disabling Bullguard anti-virus but this did not help. Can you offer any suggestions?
