Hi,

we use windows 7 pro and windows 10pro with word 2003 pro.
We have a problem with our taskpane. When we take a entry from our taskpane, it not jump to the entry which is selected. It jumps to another one. This effekt is not always. We have make a vidoe, that you can load at:

Have you an idea what we can do that this not happen?

Hello Rosemarie,

During the second at 0:08, we see the following actions that occur after you click the item:

- Word switches to show the h3 you've clicked
- simultaneously: 1) another h3 (Cave del Predil) gets selected in the document and 2) the tab control on the panel gets resized (it's height lessens)
- simultaneously: 1) the label in the 'h3' group on the Kontext tab changes to the caption of the item below the item clicked Cave del Predil) and 2) the item below the item clicked gets selected.

That is, we see 1) the size change of the tab control and 2) the selection change. You are in the best possible position to find out whether these relate to the issue.
