Cannot Register assembly

Hi, Andrei

My IT friend installed Visual Studio 2019 (Community Edition) on my computer and asked me to see if I can develop my Excel Add-ins with this version of VS.

I created the simplest add-in using ADX: Only one tab.

I "Build Solution":
========== Build: 0 succeeded, 0 failed, 1 up-to-date, 0 skipped ==========


Then "I Register Project".
I get this error message:

Cannot register assembly "D:\TEST ADX\MyAddin1\bin\Debug\MyAddin1.dll". Could not load file or assembly 'AddinExpress.MSO.2005, Version=9.4.4644.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=4416dd98f0861965' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.



Could you tell me what I am doing wrong?

Leon,

Does Add-in Express know about VS 2019 installed? Reinstall Add-in Express and make sure VS 2019 is selected in the corresponding installer window.
