Hi Team,

Whenever there is an office update pushed out to the user's PC, their add-in is disabled. When they try to enable, Excel goes not responding and prompts safe mode.

Hello,

Please reproduce the issue and send me adxregistrator.log describibg how that add-in was installed and adxloader.log describing how the add-in was being loaded when you started the host application after installing an Office update.
