Hello,
I am trying to change the name of a MS Word addin. The name that shows up in MS Word options. I found another thread (link below) that references the AddinName property of the Add-in Module class. However, when I select the AddinModule Class I don't see any AddinName property. Where do I find this? Or, where to I change the name that shows up in MS Word?

Hello Jeremy,

Start with unregistering your add-in project. Then click the designer surface of the add-in module and see the AddinName property on the Properties window. Set that property as required, rebuild the project and register it. Registering writes the AddinName property value to the registry and you see that value in the Word UI after Word loads your add-in.
