Do I really need to set "Optimize for compatibility" ?

Hi,

I have been having some problems with my Outlook add-in due to the multi monitor DPI support introduced by Microsoft in the latest insider release of Office. My Outlook add in has an ADXTaskPane that renders outside of Outlook with a blank space in Outlook where it should be displayed.

I have updated to version 9.0.4610 of Add-in Express but my add-in only shows up in the Navigation Pane of Outlook when I have ?Â?Ð?ìOptimize for compatibility?Â?Ð?í selected in the General Outlook options. Is there something I need to change to ensure my add in renders inside Outlook as desired or do I need to have this option selected to make it work?

I have implemented code to handle the DPI changed event as outlined in this blog post: https://www.add-in-express.com/creating-addins-blog/2018/05/08/add-in-express-multiple-dpi-monitors/

I am using Add-in Expresses 9.0.4610 and Office version 1807 Build 10308.20006. I am on the Office Insider update stream.

Thanks,
Chris
