Hi.

Could you please check this video https://www.screencast.com/t/huGiG0fI8.
In our Office AddIn we use Advanced task panes in Word 2016 and it works perfect in 99,99% of installations. However, we have got two incidents, where task pane is shown in separate window and can't be brought back to Word window. Both users are not sure, if it worked in that way from the installation or appeared after Windwos 2012 upgraded to Windows 10.

Have you seen it before? What else do you need for investigation ? :)

Please have a look at https://www.add-in-express.com/creating-addins-blog/2018/05/08/add-in-express-multiple-dpi-monitors/. You need to use Add-in Express 9 to get this issue solved. Note that a while ago a license key for Add-in Express 9 was sent to the email address that you use when buying Add-in Express 8. If they can't find the email, let them check their Junk Email.
