My Excel Com add in won't install on a windows 10 pc. it says a file is missing, but I verified it's installed on the PC

Hello Michael,
Make sure you follow instruction given in section Deploying a per-machine Office extension via an MSI installer, see the PDF file in the folder {Add-in Express}\Docs on your development PC. Specifically, an installer of a per-machine add-in must be started elevated; the log file shows that it isn't elevated. Also, check the parameters passed to adxregistrator.exe.
