Our plugin installs and runs fine but on certains computers, at what appears to be random intervals, it will stop appearing within Outlook. An uninstall and reinstall does fix the issue but this is less than ideal for our clients to have to perform.
The plugin does still show as enabled in Outlook but that's about as far as it gets.
I deleted the log file and restated Outlook to ensure this is the latest finding, from my understanding this shows something is not correct as it's missing a few entries?:

Hello WIll,
The log file describes attempts to create an instance of your add-in module. If you see the same behavior on a new empty add-in, the users will need to reinstall the .NET Framework 4.X.
