Can't add new item in AdxRibbonItem

Can't add new item in AdxRibbonItem

Please see the screen shot,I can't add new item in AdxRibbonGallery
and after I confirm the failure info. then every item in the Ribbon is gone...

then I create a completely new project, failure again.

Then I uninstalled v806-b4408, and installed b4401, and it works.

There's no screenshot in your post. You can send it to You can find the support email address in {Add-in Express installation folder}\readme.txt. Please make sure your email contains a link to this topic.

Could you please check if the code lines creating Add-in Express components in the InitializeComponent() method (it is called from the constructor of the add-in module) are supplied with the Me.components parameter? E.g. Me.AdxPowerPointAppEvents1 = New AddinExpress.MSO.ADXPowerPointAppEvents(Me.components).
