Hello
I followed instructions on your blog, to setup automatic updates for my outlook app.
Works flawlessly on Windows 10.
However, on Win 7/8/8.1, when you click the balloon to start the update process, and close Outlook, immediately after. It pop ups a <addin name> has stopped working

I should add: after you click "close" on the stopped working dialog. It installs the update correctly, and the update in deployed correctly as well.
I just want to make this "stopped working" dialog box to go away so users don't think something has gone wrong. |

Could you please capture a video showing the issue in details? You can use Jing; it's free. Send the video to the support email address. You can find it in {Add-in Express installation folder}\readme.txt. Please make sure your email contains a link to this topic.
What .NET Framework version(s) do you have on the affected machine? Do you have the same set of .NET Framework versions installed on a Windows 10 machine?
Will the issue persist on a new empty add-in project?
Do you use ClickTwice custom actions in your installer?
We don't have an explanation for the issue. In fact, we don't understand the picture. Please help us: provide more info.

Hello,
Thank you for sending me the files and the project. We can't reproduce the issue.
We would need to have the updater's log. The log file's location is specified in the ...\updater\{app name}.updater.exe.config file.

Yes, I am using clicktwice. create a setup project with VS, and then use clicktwice. |

You've misunderstood the question. We already know that you use ClickTwice. The question was:
Do you use a ClickTwice module in the add-in project?
Or, maybe you add a ClickTwice module to a separate class library project?
