Hi,

We have an Outlook pane (an ADXOlForm) that renders in the DockRight position. The pane is configured in the OnInitialize event of the ADXOlFormsManager component. This worked fine using previous versions of Add-In Express (definitely ok in 8.0.4330) however in the latest version (8.5.4401) the pane does not load when Outlook starts. We have confirmed that this behaviour occurs in Outlook 2016 and Outlook 2013.

Interestingly (and perhaps this is a clue) the pane does appear if you open and then OK the File|Options dialog within Outlook.

Can you please advise if there is something that has changed recently that might be responsible for this and/or how we could go about resolving it.

Hello Aaron,

Is the issue reproducible on a simple add-in showing a pane in the DockRight layout and having no logic of your real add-in?
