Does AddinExpress.MSO.2005.tlb need to be deployed?

When I create a setup project with Visual Studio Installer it pulls in AddinExpress.MSO.2005.tlb as a dependency, but if I create a setup project with WiX, it doesn't. The source path generated for this type library is long (see below) and causes an error with regcap.exe during the setup project build, so I would prefer to exclude this file if I could.

Hello Nicholas,

You don't need to deploy any .TLB (OLB) file unless you do this on purpose. Thre's an issue with creating a Windows Installer project in VS 2013-2015. It is filed down in our bug-tracking DB under ##9220 & 9221.

Also, some files are not removed from the list of files to deploy. Since these files are also mentioned in the Dependencies section, this causes deploying such files twice; this issue creates a warning.

Probably, there are other effects. We look into these issues.
