I created a ribbon for word>=2007. With VisualStudio it runs fine in my word (2013).
I build a setup with advanced installer, installed the add-in correct with adxregistrator. (no errors in the log)

First problem:
If I start my word 2013, the add-in is not loaded. if I start it manually, it works fine.
I put in LoadBehavior "Conneced; LoadAtStartUp" in my AddinModule. So, what?s my error?

Second:
If I run word, start my addin manual, click a button on my ribbon (it only show me an info-window). If I close word after that, I always have a running word process ?

Hello Bernd,

Please look into adxloader.log when you find the add-in not loaded. Does it contain any problems?

Hmm,
there?s no adxloader.log when i start word. Also no file, if i activate the add-in. Only a adxregistrator.log show "success" on all points ...

Bernd,

Please check section Troubleshooting add-in loading in the manual, see the PDF file in the folder {Add-in Express}\Docs on your development PC. You can download the most recent version of the Developer's Guide at http://www.add-in-express.com/downloads/documentation.php.

Works ... I think little green aliens made a registry key for the add-in in my localmachine-section.
I deleted it and everything is fine now.

The second problem, another running word process was solved in deleting my used word.aplication variable ;-)
and yes ... it?s written on your homepage.

If I have the next problem: I first read whole homepage-infos and then I ask you :-)

Thank you
Bernd
