When removing Add-in Express I'm getting the following message for each Office application:

Microsoft Office Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close.

AppName: excel.exe AppVer: 11.0.8012.0 AppStamp:43e2ab74
ModName: officepluginshim.dll ModVer: 1.0.0.1 ModStamp:44216f81

and after reinstalling I'm getting message about Excel encountered some serious problems with my add-in.

Can someone assist please?

Do you have any code in the add-in constructor?
