i am archiving mail into a DMS system.

now i want to mark the mailitems as archived.
e.g. with an own icon or or something equivalent
(not in the inspector window, i need it in the explorer)

dou you have a tip how to make that?

Hi Andreas.

You can use the Outlook._MailItem.UserProperties collection to mark an email as "archived". Then you need to add a new column to the explorer view to display the 'Archived' field (use the 'Customize View' dialog to add a new column to the explorer view).
