I have faced with durring installing a new version of product. When I choose "Automatic activation", enter the values and press "Next" I got message "Failed: Activations limit exceeded" (v703-b4061).
Could you clirify this question?

Hi Yaroslav,

According to our EULA, a license is per 1 developer who can install Add-in Express on 2 machines only, e.g. a work PC and a laptop.

The records of our activation server show that 3 successful activations have already been made for your license key on different machines over the last two months. This is the reason why received the "Activation limit exceeded" message.

If you need more information about your existing activations, please let me know and I will email the details to you.

Could you send me info about existing activations for this license?
And will you be able to remove activations (according Hardware ID)?

Hi Yaroslav,

I have just e-mailed you a list of your existing activations. And yes, we can remove some or all of your current activations, provided that you completely uninstall Add-in Express from those machines.
