Is there a good way to include a EULA screen on the setup project? If not is there a good way to move the project to a third party installer?

Hi Andrew.

Just open the 'User Interface' editor of the setup project in VS and add the 'License Agreement' form via 'Actions->Add Dialog' menu item.
