I have followed the instructions for the simple Outlook form. And everything seemed to have worked ok, but the form does not display when Outlook is run. How can I be show that the extension was installed with Outlook?

Ralph,

I need more information to help you.
1. Please open COM Add-ins dialog in Outlook. Is your addin available and checked?
2. Do you use the Shim project in your solution?
3. Do you have .NET Framework 2.0 installed?
Also, can you send me the code in your AddinModule? I'll try to understand your problem.
