I have a simple test project for Outlook 2013 with TopSubpane form.
When switching between folders in Outlook the form UI disappears and reappears.
It happens only in 2013, in 2010 it works great.

Hello,

Can you send me that test project to the support email address? Please find it in {Add-in Express installation folder}\readme.txt. Oh, make sure your email contains a link to this topic.

Hello Arthur,

Thank you for sending the project.

When you click a folder (folder #2), Outlook 2013 deletes the window containing the Outlook grid. This requires Add-in Express to remove your pane. After deleting the window, Outlook 2013 animates the folder #1 closing. After this, they create a new window and draw the items from the folder #2. When the new window gets created, Add-in Express creates your pane. In other Outlook versions, Add-in Express uses some tricks so that the folder switch process looks smooth; it is impossible to use them because of the animation in Outlook 2013.
