Do i need to register Interop dlls

Hi,
I have a C# Window form application which references Interop.Outlook.dll and Interop.Microsoft.Office.Core.dlls on a Outlook 2003 machine. I have created a Setup project for this exe.Do i need to install these Office assemblies on a target machine or whether the qapplication will just use whichever office assembly is registered on the target machine. If i need to register this , can i give vsdrfCOMselfReg option for these axssemblies in the setup project. Does this work on machine with Outlook 2000 and 2002 also.kindly give me a answer to all my queries
