I have a InspectorToolbar in my mail item, this inspection bar create runtime many buttons inside a popup menu.
The problem is that when I use it in word editor, when I close Outlook, it still stay in process, otherwise, if I use not the word edit, Outlook close fine.

what i have to do ?

Giuseppe, the cause of the issue can be in Outlook interfaces that have not been released properly. Please check the add-in code and use the Marshal.ReleaseComObject method to release Outlook interfaces that are not used any more.
