Hi Codernater,

1. Please take a look at the http://www.add-in-express.com/creating-addins-blog/2010/03/24/addin-xll-rtd-one-assembly/ article on our technical blog (a sample add-in project is attached). It allows you to add XLL UDFs to your COM add-in project.
2. You can read about the ClickOnce module in the Developer's Guide (see the adxnet.pdf file). Also please take a look at the http://www.add-in-express.com/support/addin-c-sharp.php section of our web site. It provides the How to show a custom form when installing a COM add-in via ClickOnce sample add-in project which demonstrates the way how to use the ClickOnce module.
